University of Louisville officials have developed a plan to comply with a new state law banning diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at public universities, President Gerry Bradley said in an email sent to students, staff and faculty Wednesday.

UofL, along with all other public universities across Kentucky, are required comply with House Bill 4 by June 30 — a deadline Bradley said is “extremely tight.” The bill prohibits universities from spending money on DEI initiatives, requires schools to eliminate all DEI offices and positions and prohibits them from requiring students or staff to attend DEI training sessions, among other provisions.

HB 4 defines DEI initiatives as policies, practices or procedures “designed or implemented to promote or provide differential treatment or benefits to individuals on the basis of religion, race, sex, color or national origin.” The bill has some exceptions, including for Americans with Disabilities Act and Title IX requirements.

Yeah, I see that this is the result of a law passed by the MAGA Republican state legislature, but in all reality, GOP legislators in this state are too stupid to think for themselves and are just parroting what the ketamine-addicted, illegal immigrant South African apartheid-reared Space Nazi’s incontinent, senile, racist, rapist, convicted felon Orange Chia Pet has been babbling since he called for the execution of the innocent Central Park Five for a crime they didn’t commit decades ago. Which is par for the course since Chia only wants to punish every non-White person for crimes they had no part of.

This also raises this question: Did the University of Louisville oust its previous president, Kim Schatzel, and bring in its current toady because she said she disagreed with this blatantly racist action and the board of trustees said “you gotta go,” because they are against providing a level playing field for persecuted minorities? (As Fox News would say: “I’m just asking the question!”)

It’s also interesting that a number of UofL trustees are real-estate developers and the University is putting up new buildings every other day. Did the threat of losing funding for construction projects influence this action?

UofL is showing it doesn’t have the backbone to stand up to this MAGA blood lust for racism, misogyny, homophobia and xenophobia.

And I’ll bet it’s patting itself on the back for doing this.
